High-tenacity webbing
Thicker yarn, packed much tighter, with a coloured line woven in so your floor can tell the grade apart at a glance. This is the load-bearing one — harness, slings and cargo straps.

Width can vary by ±0.5 mm and weight by ±5%. The breaking strength shown is for the widest size in the range, tested by the ASTM D5035 method.
What it is
Two things make this webbing strong: the yarn itself is a high-tenacity grade, and there is far more of it per centimetre than in an ordinary tape. Thickness alone does not do it — a thick, loosely woven tape stretches and then tears.
Every lot is pulled on a tensile machine and the figure is written on a certificate that travels with the goods. The breaking strength quoted is for the widest size in the range.
Tell us the real load you need to carry. An over-specified webbing costs around 40% more than it needs to, and we would rather sell you the right one twice than the wrong one once.

Minimum 500 m per colour. A colour made specially for you carries a 3,000 m minimum for that colour. Widths outside the standard range are a fresh loom set-up, also from 3,000 m.
100 m to a roll on a paper core, or 25 m and 50 m spools if you sell it on. Standard lead time is 7–10 days up to 20,000 m, 12–15 days up to 50,000 m, and 18–22 days beyond that.
